Trisums Agencies is dedicated to all people who are looking for a house, villa, apartment, bungalow, or land to build in Nairobi, Machakos, Nakuru and Mombasa but also for real estate property all over Kenya. People who really want to live their dream of spending the best days of their life in the embracing culture, climate and landscape of this paradise on earth.

Started in early 2012 as a small business entity we have now developed our base and team.

Our staff is committed to the aims of the company as are the Directors. As a team, we share a common belief that ‘true-quality’ can only come from high personal standards, a professional attitude and an experienced understanding of what is required of the services we are offering. The name of our company is, therefore quite logical……. …....we have an IMAGE to maintain.

PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

Liaising with professional lawyers, we ensure tenancy agreements and leases are prepared correctly in time to safeguard the interest of our clients. In addition, we offer lease administration, prompt responses to tenant problems, and immediate repairs and maintenance of all properties. We

  • Undertake regular and thorough inspections of the premises
  • Review rents and tenancy conditions periodically
  • Renew tenancies
  • Advise clients on the prevailing market conditions
  • Insure the property at all times
  • Determine rental levels
  • Negotiate, renew, execute and register leases
  • Collect rent and avoid accumulation of arrears
  • Recruit & station a property manager on site

  • Assessment of the financial viability of the scheme based on the various financial options and estimated costs         
  • Appointment and briefing of various consultants including the Architect, Engineers, Consultants and Contractors
